Good Acne Treatments?

Well ever since i was 12, i have been having many breakouts on my face. Especially in the area between my eyebrows. Its usually on my forehead, nose, and sometimes my upper lip. My doctor only gave me this wash to use to clean out my pores, but not something that can treat it and make it go away. Ear Piercing Allergy- What do I do?

I am soon going to get my ears pierced. For the third time. The first time, I got my ears pierced at Claires with 14k gold posts stamped 14k on the actual post (yes I can read that small). After a few days, the holes started leaking this nasty yellow pus, and my mom put alcohol on them and nothing helped so we took the earrings out amd the holes closed over. I have been cleaning my ears twice a day during that time, and I did not touch my ears. A few years later, I got them pierced again, with gold plated studs. Same story. I really really want my ears pierced. My grandmother sent me 4 pairs of 14-18k gold earrings, and I want to wear them. I'll be fine once my holes heal. I don't know what earrings to try when getting my ears pierced though! I don't want to re-pierce again. My mom suggested that she pierce my ears herself with a sterilized needle and thread floss through like people did in her native Ukraine, but I don't know! Any suggestions?

How can I get sleep with new piercings?

I got my ears pierced Sunday afternoon and I haven't slept since Saturday night. I'm beyond exhausted. I'm so tired, I'm tempted to just take the studs out and have the holes close up. I had a c-section on march 31st and had an insicion check two weeks after that but had to cancel because I did not have a babysitter or gas money to go. How to fix a tare in a weatsuit?

ok so i have always been into snorkling and when i movied down south the first thing i got was a wetsuit (never used one before) ok so i am out snorkling and im not sure what made me do it but i decided to try and sit on top of one of the granite boulders coming out of the water and as i am doing it my but scrapes on some of the barnacles and now there is a small tear in my wetsuit about the size of a 10c peace. so how can i fix this? i looked on the internet and they all seemed to deal with gashes not a round tear. the tear dosnt go al the way through it went through most of it except a thin layer made out of that rashee material. so i dont think i can fold it put the glue in then squeeze it together...... any ideas?

Need help with turtle?

Ok. My turtle went threw the same thing idk if i did the procedures right but my turtle did heal. First I let my turtle dry out by keeping it out of the water for a good 15-25 minutes. Next i put the turtle on a cloth and took a needle. I then gently stuck the needle a little bit into it resulting in this liquid type stuff (lookes like that type of stuff human cuts if its really bad pus or whatever) coming out of the bumb. Gently squezze it until you think it is all out. Next put the antibiotics on top of where your stuck the needle in. Clean the tank fully with disinfectant and and any other stuff you usually clean your tank with. But before you clean your tank put the turtle in a sink or bowl with water to let it soak and get moist again. After your done with the tank. Put the turtle back in the water in the tank. Put the anitbiotics on every morning and every night for a week or 5 days. And in a matter of time it will be all better. Its not professional but my great grandfather taught me this and it works. Drying the turtle will reduce the pain.But it is really better to take it to the vet because of the risk of killing your turtle and head trauma. Since they are in medical business i think they can get discounts only costing them around $40-100

DSi stolen, no concrete proof, wat do?

I had a Nintendo DSi console with Lego case attached, an 8GB SDHC card, a DS game (Wario-Ware DIY), and a bunch of dsiware dlc sitting next to me on a desk untouched for a week or two. Now my room's kind of cluttered with boxes and stuff so when I noticed it was gone it took a while to look everywhere because I initially thought it was just lost. However, this "friend" of mine who I only ever let in the house out of sympathy more than anything else visited 3 days in a row shortly before I noticed the disappearance of the DSi. He's stolen from me before, but only small toys when he was young, and quite frankly at first I didn't think he'd be stupid enough to take something as noticeable as this. Home inspection gone wrong?

My husband and I recently came to an agreement on an offer on a home. The house is 5 years old and we decided to do a home inspection for our safety. My husband was unable to attend the home inspection but I was able. When I arrived at the home the sellers were still inside and I felt very uncomfortable that I immediately called the realtor and told her. She called the sellers agent and told them they need to be gone from the home because its an awkward situation and when purchasing a home you need to be able to ask questions freely without offending the sellers. They said they would be gone by a certain time and when I returned the inspection was already over and the sellers were still inside. When talking to the inspector he said when they asked if they had to leave he told them no. He said the house was cluttered and he couldn't see everything. The inspector didn't give me a walk through and in the pictures he sent me there are the sellers kids in them. I don't feel a proper inspection was done and I don't know if I even want to go through with the house anymore. I just have a bad feeling. If we backed out now would we loose our escrow money? Three years ago my family and I started attending the baptist church we are at now and at first it was all going okay. We had Sunday school every Sunday and the pastor's messages were understandable. I have a orange tabby who isn’t even a year old (we got him on mother’s day last year) I know a lot of orange cats have a bit of an attitude to them and when we got him fixed we thought it would make him a little less crazy (lol) we feed him part of a can-food in the morning before we get to school and then the other half at night, (through the day he has dry food down and note that half of can-food is split between him and another cat who is younger then him) so now he knows what time he should get his morning food. We give it to him when we wake up and leave for school/work. Obviously this can change cause we don’t always have to get up at the same time (normally by just like a half hour or so)Well at night he gets hyper so we make sure we leave the basement door open for him so he can play and we have our room doors shut so he won’t rip-tare through our rooms along with the other cat. well because of him thinking he runs the house he will get up around 3 or so and play then by 5am he is at the hallways door, digging at it so that it wakes all of us up and if that doesn’t work he meows so loudly that you can hear it all over the house. He will do this for some time and it really affects everyone’s sleep. Because of this my dad has been getting no sleep and is always in a mood and is saying he may just throw the cat outside for good he has even thrown a fit saying if something isn’t done he will just move out (of course he can be such a drama queen at times.) I went to see my GP who referred me to physio I had a bit of improvement but went back with the same problem 3 months later,my GP prescribed ibuprofen with the same results I persevered with the pain until I went to see my GP again this March she would have referred me back to physio but I told her I wanted to get to the bottom of the cause of the pain.I was sent for a chest x ray in April(2011) it came back showing inconsistencies I was referred to chest clinic at my local hospital who sent me for CT,PET & MRI scans Pulmonary function breathing tests,Bronchoscopy & CT scan needle biopsy of the Lung last week I was given a diagnosis of lung cancer & the consultant talked about having an op to remove part of my right lung but they wanted to wait for the results of the MRI scan which took place last Wednesday,yesterday(Tues)I attended chest clinic with my husband & was given the results of the scan apparently I have cancer in my R shoulder,Adrenal glands & top of my R leg (which they`re not too bothered about at the moment ) because I have cancer in more than 1 place I can`t have the op I am to start with Chemo next Monday my question is does anyone think I have a case for negligence with my GP for not acting sooner.

Question about a new ball?

After you lay the tarp down and make sure its help down good ( i usually get metal steaks, it helps because even eventually soon enough the bark dust you lay down willdissipatee andyou'lll have troubles with the tarp again so i suggest metal steaks) which can be found at a garden store or meijers fairly cheap. and then whatyou'lll do isyou'lll cut a good foot sizelengtht in the tarp where you want your plants...it may seem like a big space but plants and flowers grow...trust me :). then when you get done cutting out all your holes plant the flowers about a foot into the soil, another way to help and keep them healthy is to put half a handful of fertilizer in the dirt before you put the plant down in the dirt. Then cover it up with the soil. Then when you get them all planted water it all and have fun with the red bark dust :) it will look great! just make sure you dont put the bark dust to close to the flowers cuz it can restrict the oxygen and water to get in that it need a little is good but not to much! I think youll do a great job! and it will look amazing! and a good weed remover is Roundup, our company uses this its very helpful and works fast! i wish you the best of luck hope it turns out!

Switching engines good idea?

I have a 2002 Ford Explorer v8 with 4.6L built in 02 of April so the axles and trans have differences, and I have also a 2000 Mercury Sable ls so the automatic shifter is in the center council, my question is if it is possible to tare out the bad transmission and engine off my sable and put the 4.6L v8 off my explorer and replace the block with the sable one, isn't it the same engine the Crown Vics have the 4.6L, I don't want to buy the Crown Vic I want it to be my project and I need a new engine and power train on my Explorer anyway because they have about 200,000 miles on my Explorer, so is it possible to make more power into my Sable with switching the blocks?

It feels like a quick pinch. The needle hurts far more and is a lot slower. A lobe piercing takes 6-8 weeks to heal. And is by far the easiest piercing to clean. While you are in the shower take anti-bacterial soap and gentally rub it onto the piercing site. Do not twist your piercing. Do not remove your piercing for 3-5 weeks.

Sedation is fine u will have someone monitoring u at all times. U will also be hooked up to a machine to monitor ur vitals just like at doctors. Blood pressure cuff on arm the little thing on ur finger they will monitor your heart. They put meds through an IV and tell u to count down from 10 u will fall asleep looking at them watching u. After that they do there thing pulling ur teeth. If ur oxygen goes low they just crank up the oxygen on the machine because u will be on oxygen. U wont remember anything u wont wake up until they wake u up. When u wake up u will be extremely tired wondering what the hell happened. But its really not that bad. Trust me. You can ask the anesthesiologist all these questions hos job is to make u comfortable answering your questions as well as sedate you. Oh and when I had my teeth pulled and they sedated me I felt really jot and my chest got kind of tight and I felt like ants were biting me. I started to panic and they could see that they asked me what was wrong and I told them and they assured me it was ok and gave me some more meds and the symptoms went away. I hope this eases ur mind on it. And good luck.

I inherited an old Sears Kenmore Zig Zag sewing machine Model 1802 recently. It was my mom's and it is a very beloved and cherished item. It is one of the only things that was given to me after my mom passed away. It hasn't worked in many years, and I would love to have the chance to use it again as I did when I was young. What kind of tree do I have?

I live in the Pacific Northwest. The tree has needles that grow individually off of the trunk and branches. well i only ever had one cavity and had to get it filled like id say 2 months ago. btw i am a 17 year old female. i was so freaking scared out of my mind you dont understand. i went in there shaking. they probably would never give you laughing gas for a filling but they do numb you up with novacaine. this doesnt hurt much its only a tiny pinch :) but i have to say when they drill in the tooth its EXTREEEEEMELY cold. it was really uncomfortable for me because of how cold it was. but the actual filling doesnt hurt. actually none of it hurts. just expect a really cold sensation when they are using the drill. its nothing to worry about, and im a big baby with pain :P good luck!

Should I be worried about a heart attack or stroke?

Well around 6 this morning i woke up and had really sharp pain under my left breast in the top of the rib. It hurt when I inhaled or moved, so i went to the ER. They said it sounded like it possibly could be a blood clot which can lead to heart attack, so they gave me an EKG and that was normal. Then they wanted to draw blood to check and see if it's a blood clot or not but i freaked out and refused to let them, not because im afraid of needles but because I'm afraid of bad news. Why is it that when you go to a nice rich suburb or a rich trendy area of a big city, that the people are so much better looking than people that grow up in farm towns for example? These good looking people from the rich areas look so good. But then you go to a farm town and the women are fat and they have blisters on their hands and so forth. A cockroach in my room, please help!?

I came home at 11PM, I walked into the bathroom to.. well.. use the toilet. To my surprise, I glance over to the left seeing a LARGE light brown roach on the wall. (The ones that fly, oh no.) I do not understand how this could happen... I am thrilled it is not cancer however I never would have acted as quickly as the two surgeons suggested (I did have second opinion for surgery) but did not get second for pathology and I am afraid that was a mistake...based on the pathology report I made a decision that to remove the entire thyroid... If I knew it was benign I would have only had half taken out.. The wrong decision based on the after surgery fact that there was no cancer. Sorry, but I feel like I have been cheated out of making the right decision for me because of it...

I just hit a large bump with my car, help/advice?

Okay so I was driving in the country when out of nowhere I hit a large bump at an intersection going about 55 or 60. The car was shaken, and we immediately stopped. After checking it over, there were minor scrapes on the left and right undersides of the cars edge as well as far under the hood area (I could feel the scrapes by simply reaching my arm under and feeling. I compared it to my parents older vehicle and it seems that it has a fair amount of scrapes on the underside of its hood too (from gradual everyday wear and tare I assume). Anyway, I drove it home and it seemed to have no issues, it accelerated, cornered, and braked fine...no "check engine" lights were on or anything either...it is a new car and I would really love to know if I should be checking anything on my own, assume its alright, or what. I will of course check it for leaks in the morning...what does the undercarriage of a typical car consist of, and material/repair-wise, should I worry about rust (i.e. are they plastic or metal parts under there) and if so, what is the general cost of some of the possible damages? Like I said, aside from the scratches it seems fine. Just hoping to get a little more insight...possibly from someone who has done something like this before...I have never had this happen before and has put the fear of god in me to never hurt it again. Divorce is probable; what can I expect the future to be like?

I'm 49 years old and been married for 23 years; we have 2 children (21 & 16); my wife decided 6 months ago that she's tired of being married, and she's thinking of filing for divorce. Her father's health is ailing, and I think her selfish mother is instigating all of this because she will need someone to take care of her when he dies. My mother-in-law has always used my wife because she knows my wife won't tell her "No" for anything. Over the years, she's had my wife attend 2 of her class reunions, alone; attend funerals and weddings for her, and she continues to have my wife run errands for her all the time. I've been super good to my wife for the past 6 months in an attempt to change her mind, only to have her continually treat me like crap. I can't help but to try, because I still love her, and I love my family, and I don't believe in divorce, unless there is a major reason for it. She moved in with a girlfriend a week or so ago, but she still comes home for sex. Last night when she was here I asked her to spend the night so we could try to work things out, but she wouldn't. I told her I was going to get my own apartment, and she's telling me it would cost us money for me to move out, and she already has a free place to stay. Activities for the blind?

I have Googled many variations of the question "What do the blind do for fun?" I only found answers for activities for young children or answers from offended persons. My son is legally blind and loosing more sight so I am looking for things he can do, so he can feel more involved. I have him set up to get Braille books and tapes from the library for the blind, but he is just starting to learn Braille. It has opened up some room for something other than the tv. The hardest thing for him is he loves video games, but he's having a harder and harder time seeing them. He has three sisters that don't have problems seeing and they try to help him to be a part of what their doing, some times it makes them miss out on somethings and I don't want them to resent him for it. I try to help, but he's 13 and doesn't always want Mommy helping :) . He was a preemie and no one told us that ROP when regressed would risk his retina to tare if strained, well we had a trampoline and he loved to jump on it. When I'm walking about, say to the supermarket, I force myself to look at the ground to see any obstacles while walking, other than that, if I let myself wander inside my head, I suddenly could find myself twisting an ankle over a bump, or be bruised by some nasty thing on the ground. I happen to live in a place where supermarkets are crappy, but still, when I have a lot on my head, like an exam, I walk to the sky, so to speak, eager to get home, or get to the coffee shop to study. Problem is every year I suffer a very minor injury because of this (scrape, cut, bruised foot), while I'm the only one around with this problem, it seems. Does this happen to you ? I feel guilty because I 'am this way, but I describe myself, I concluded, as an energetic girl with a lot on her mind. That's the main problem, slowing down my head while walking, rather than having walking stimulate my thoughts even further that I don't pay attention any more. I don't have enough money to sign up for dance but I practice a lot at home. I can already do my left and right split, pirouettes, high kicks, ring leap, leg holds, and straddle. before i start, i just wanted to say that pretty much everything i say is going to be a thats what she said XD..... I Self Pierced my monroe (yes everything was sterilized and i knew what i was doing), the 16g needle went through fine, but When i tried to slip the piercing in, it wouldnt go through the last layer of skin in the inside of my mouth. Why can't older people be given the option of changing back to Classic mail.?

Many of my friends in their 70's find the new version of Yahoo Mail impossible to use. The layout is just far too confusing and difficult for the older mind to process. Fortunately, I clicked on the option to keep Classic, but a lot of my friends missed this , and are now stuck with New Yahoo, and there is no longer an option to change back to Classic. I have been appointed (as I am the only one still on Classic) to try to 'get them back onto the old mail' , they find the whole thing too cluttered, too much information, and even finding/using help option too difficult. We all know that our cars have a basic gas gauge that has F for Full,line for 3/4, Half, 1/4, and E for Empty. Why don't we has a gas gauge that is a Digital Number that reads as follows? 13 Gallons 12.5, 12, 11.5, and so on. Sewing machine problem?

i have a beginner singer sewing machine. im wanting to change the width around just to experiment a little but whenever i change it to any other setting other than 0 it moves far over across the needle plate past the part were the needle goes into the machine. i dont want to try it like that because im worried the second i do the needle is going to come straight down on the needle plate and break the needle or my machine. is the needle suppose to go over that far or is there something wrong with my machine? thanks for any ones help =)

Should I be worried about a heart attack or stroke?

Well around 6 this morning i woke up and had really sharp pain under my left breast in the top of the rib. It hurt when I inhaled or moved, so i went to the ER. They said it sounded like it possibly could be a blood clot which can lead to heart attack, so they gave me an EKG and that was normal. Then they wanted to draw blood to check and see if it's a blood clot or not but i freaked out and refused to let them, not because im afraid of needles but because I'm afraid of bad news. I'm also 21, and ate mac and cheese and 2 twix icecream bars before i went to bad, so maybe it was just gas? the pain i was having went away when i was in the hospital but now im freaking out thinking "what if i DID have a blood clot...should i be worrying???

It's easier to paint over the purple than it is to remove carpet and put in wood flooring and as long as your carpet is a pale/tan colour than it would go much better with your theme to just paint it a pale pink shade than to actually redo the who floor. or depending on how your closet looks (I don't know dimensions etc.) you could hang a tapestry on the wall of like the Eiffel Tower or something like that and then only have to paint the walls that aren't covered.
