What is the title to this movie?

I remember when I was little I always used to watch this movie I only no bits and parts and they aren't really in order. All I remember is these kids had to tare up wooden floor broads to find something. I also remember this kid would always has tissues shoved up his nose because he would get beet up at school. I also remember this kid had vampire friends or the movie was something about vampires. Then I remember these cows with red eyes. I have faint memory because I was little and I'm not crazy:) PLEASE HELP!
