Sterilized needles and other piercing equipment?

I'm planning on piercing my own lip and I've been researching and studying lip piercing for over a year. I would just like to know where you can get pre sterilized needles? I don't currently have a credit card to order some from some online store. What public stores could I possibly buy sterile needles from?
