How to get to know her?

So I have started to really like this Disney CM that works at an attraction who I see a couple days a week during my daily visit. Well lately we have begun to get into staring contests with each other and smiling back and forth here and there. I literally have no opportunities to talk to her because she is at work and it is taring me apart. The only thing I can do is ask her when she gets done work and see if she wants to hang out in the park. So my question is would that be weird when we do not even talk at all? Remember she sees thousands of people a day but always seems to remember me.
