A cockroach in my room, please help!?

I came home at 11PM, I walked into the bathroom to.. well.. use the toilet. To my surprise, I glance over to the left seeing a LARGE light brown roach on the wall. (The ones that fly, oh no.) And so after I'm done I get a cup to catch it, without doubting myself I quickly try to catch it before it escapes. It did however, and it went under the door trying to find somewhere to hide. My bedroom is right next to the bathroom, unfortunately.. And it runs right under my door. I quickly try to unlock my door and I try to see where it went. Well, my room was fairly messy so I don't know where to look.. So I decided it was time to clean at 11PM. So I guess this story has a good side to it. A nice cleaning was needed, and a roach in my room forced me to clean it. Still haven't found the roach. To make a long story short, it's almost 2AM, and I'm awake because I can't sleep knowing there could possibly be a large, gross, fast, flying roach in my room. I haven't looked in my closet.. it's cluttered with my way of cleaning my room. (Shoving stuff in there). What do I do? The thought of a roach being on my bed while I'm sleeping is NOT COOL. Does anyone else have this problem?
