If i renounce my us citizenship can i then stop sponsoring someones green card?

I desperatly want to stop sponsoring a person that has done nothing accept tare my family apart,,,if i go to another country to renounce my us citizenship and i stop sponsoring them? i want this person out of the usa, they have wreaked my entire family ties..im willing to leave the usa to get them out of here.
